So confused

Ok I feel like my son is having problems but the problem is is it typical for his age, it doesn't seem he understands some times when I tell him some thing, seems like he is unaware of dangerous situations, he has a strange facanations with fans and things that spin, he loves the bathroom water and sinks, any time he he can get his hands o. His brothers bottles he dumps it out and some time strange objects like I. Radio or toys. He rips the wheels off all his toys this is just a few of his behaviors he does have a speech delay but with speech therapy has made great progress school says he was a angel home he's just really hyper and and consently needs a eye on him I'm just so worried any surgestions
