Yes--age 19 years old--he has come a long ways!! He uses adaptive signs, talk box (DynavoxV and Ipad) He uses pecs in all situations-on boards--around his neck (picture badge we call it) in a book, and he uses gestures and points, He can say few consistent words--"mama", "didi", "gamma", "cookie", "chicken", "ok", "all done", and other words sporaticily (I write them down in a journal when he says them)
He was till 4 1/2 but now at 7 he literally never stops talking. Every day a new word or saying. He's like a sponge. He is still not conversational and very repetitive but it gets better every day.
Brady is definitely non-verbal...working on it though!
Brady is 3.5...he will be 4 in October!

Willy is 7 yrs old. He is mostly nonverbal. He does sign some and use words some but still only when he wants too
DD2 is 2yo and never even got the hang of baby talk. No mama, baba, dada, nothing. My oldest DD is almost 5 and still working with speech therapists but she has finally gotten words out in the past year or so!
My 20 y/o is non verbal. She can say some words but not very many. She uses a Say It Sam to communicate with besides writing and some signing.
