allergic reaction?

My son tried peanut butter at feeding camp today. So tonight I gave it to him and he said that his mouth was itchy. Not sure if it was the texture that might be bothering him or what. The peanut butter is mixed with bananas, pureed. Any thoughts or advice? Thanks ladies! Hope you all have a great weekend!

Well at least he is sleeping. But to be on the safe side if he says it makes his mouth itchy again call the dr and see what they want to do. I had to do that when my son was breaking out in red blotches after eating peas.

My oldest had a tingly sensation in her mouth during the first exposure to seafood, which she is now severely allergic to. It went away after a couple of hours.
