Yes... She is 3 1/2 .. diagnosis is CP with global developmental delays and legally blind..her service coordinator helped gather all her paperwork. She started receiving it within 2 weeks..

No. We were denied because of a 401k that I had. I have now taken out the 401k and we are using it because we don't make enough money. So, if that runs out before my husband finishes school and I get full time, then I will reapply.

when you apply make sure you list all the hospitals, doctors and specialist your child see they will be able to get the records as far as the ride if they are on medicaid then it will pay for rides in most states.

No, we applied 3 years ago, and the main reason he got denied is my dh makes just barely too much money...also my son wasn't "disabled enough" to qualify. He has adhd, aspergers, GAD, and OCD tendencies.
