My boys do! Ian is a bit anxious in the cafeteria. He says they don't have food he likes but I think he's just anxious. He will only eat if they have something really good that he likes.

No. It is difficult enough to get my son to eat lunch at school. At least at home, I can follow the feeding protocol and make sure he eats enough before he goes!
