awww , i was going to say do a sleep study  , where is the pain/what kind of pain are they thinking ?

My son does that when he is falling asleep.

My lo did that when she was an infant and would do it while awake as a way to go to sleep and then do that in her sleep as well. She is 10 and still rolls her head back and forth to go to sleep and has many nights that she rolls her head in her sleep.
