Hi, I'm Amanda, 24 years old, and I have a beautiful daughter named Sophia. She is 2 and a half. And has been diagnosed with severe global developmental delay, epilepsy, autism spectrum disorder (still don't know what this is).

She is getting fitted next week for leg braces, to help her learn to walk. She doesn't speak, doesn't chew, and only understands very simple things.

But she truly is the happiest kid I know. From the minute she wakes up, to the minute she goes to bed. It's smiles and giggles all day. She is a pure joy to have.
