PDD-NOS vs SPD

My daughter (4) was recently diagnosed with SPD. She sees an OT once a week, a LCSW every three weeks for play therapy to help with her anxiety and a speech therapist twice a week. Most of her behavior falls in the SPD category but there are a few unexplained behaviors. Like her temper tantrums for no apparent reason and mostly her obsessive behaviors. Like constantly asking for a baby sister and drawing 92 pictures of me holding her baby sister in one day. From what I've read these behaviors could possibly fall under the PDD-NOS category. What's the difference between PDD and SPD? Could she have both? How to I approach the doctor with my concerns? Can I/should I demand a diagnosis?

Yes she can have both, most children with autism spectrum disorders have SPD...

I asked for an evaluation for both (ours is Aspergers and SPD)... Just tell them you want her evaluated.
