I decided I need to get rid of this baby weight (22months later) and start feeling better about myself... So I have taken up running. I'm starting REALLY slow, as I have arthritis and have NEVER run before. So for 4 mornings now, I have gotten up at 5:30 and run 1/2 a mile, (I know- but I said I was starting small!!) lol
It is SO hard! I feel like I'm dying by the end! How do runners do this??? Does it get easier?!? Holy crap!
