How often do you have a review of your childs IEP or 504s with the school?

One of the factors that was contingent upon my son going to the new program was that we have an IEP review (ARD meeting in Texas) every 6 weeks (once a grading period). I think this way, it keeps us all accountable to his IEP goals.

Once yearly we have his official IEP review. However, we get updates from each provider each quarter and at the end of ESY. If there are issues that cannot wait until the annual review, I request an IEP meeting.
