I live in NH and moved from one school in the district to another my son has an IEP and has been in school for 10 days. Does any one now how long they have to implement the IEP because they haven't yet. Thanks for any help.

Here I think it's 60 days. Way too long in my opinion

Wish I had an answer for you. You might be able to find the information on either the school website under the special services or special education heading. If not there then the state should have a place with that information. Good luck.

Yeah I think its anywhere from 30-60 days. Maybe put it in writing that you want to evaluate his iep and go over it with the new school? I think they have only 30 days from when you submit a letter to meet with you
