Great new on the ABLE Act

The ABLE (Achieving a Better Life Experience) Act - which would enable people with disabilities to save up to $100,000 in special tax-free accounts for purposes including education, health care, transportation and housing without affecting eligibility for SSI, Medicaid and other need-based benefits - appears to have an excellent chance of passage this year.  Here's an article:  Congress Eyeing Tax-Free Disability Savings Accounts

There is a petition on Change.org for this and on FB on the National Down Syndrome Society page. I'll have to see if I can post it here. Very worthwhile bill for our kids!
