Sams thyroid is fine. All genetic testing clear. No celiac. All his testing showed was a bone age delay of 1.5 years!

So while Sam is 7.5 chronologically his "bones" are only 6. So that means he is a late bloomer. The good news is that although he is in the 3rd percentile for 7.5 year old boys in the height department... He is 50th percentile for 6 year old boys.

At a bone age of 7 the dr will be able to make an accurate height prediction and we can intervene with growth hormones if we feel his height wont be "acceptable".

Glad you got good news and there's a plan to monitor the bone/growth issue.

That's great!  Glad things went well:)

Brady's bones are that of a 2 year old, and he's 5.5 years old.  His growth hormones have worked wonders!  He has grown 3 inches in about 6 months...woo hoo!  He's now finally 40 inches tall!
