losing a therapist 😢

Maggie's ot called me yesterday and said she was moving to another company. I'm so sad and not looking forward to Maggie's reaction. She's doing her reeval on monday, so we're not going to tell her until after that to be sure it doesn't mess up her testing. We've had her for 2 years now. I hate this part of the cycle 😕

I am so sorry this is happening. I hate when there is a change like that too.

I'm sorry. My daughter lost her speech therapist in June and behavior therapist in August. The new ones are ok, but it just isn't the same. Good luck with your new one.

Yes! They said we may get Lynda as a replacement. She was Zack's ot when he was younger and is incredible also. But still...

Sorry to hear that. Will she get involved with transitioning in the new one?

No. Monday will be her last day there. But, Maggie does know the new therapist (if we get Lynda), and she has already asked for Maggie's schedule, routine, and what she does with her and will do her best to keep things as familiar as possible
