to meet our son (hopefully!) is Tuesday! Any advice? What should I expect? I am super nervous and intimidated since there will be so many people there watching us. (foster parents, both case workers, and maybe therapist) I really hope he likes us. He is 6. I know very little about boys that age. Any advice is welcome! Thanks!
6 year old boys are the BEST.....by far 6 is the best year so far. They are creative, wanting independence, still give good cuddles, want to help and can really start to think things through.
He is in foster care through our state. We are the adoptive placement that they have chosen for him. We haven't met him yet. This will be the first visitation with him and his foster parents and workers. :) We've only seen pictures of him. (and he is a total doll btw!)

Was he took from you through the state? Asking cause you said foster parents? When was the last time you say him?
