Our house is pretty good and up to code and there isn't much wrong with our house besides the fact that Vladimir and Renesmee rooms rooms are only have way painted LMAO!
I take it you had your first walk-through? :) Makes sense to get as much done as you can before your little man arrives.

Yes had our first walk-through, I have this gut feeling that I'm going to go in labor around my wedding day.
Renesmee doesn't come til June so we will still have enough time to do things it'll just be harder with Vladimir.

I didn't like being inspected. I felt like they were nosing around and looking for something. But it all turned out ok. We were able to adopt our foster daughter. We adopted her at 18 months and she's now 3 1/2. Good luck to you!!
