Hard to believe it's already February... This winter is flying by for me!

How is everyone doing this month? Anything you're looking forward to? Plans, vacations, etc? Or are you still fighting off the flu?

I hope everyone is doing well... Let's catch up with one another!

 lol... birthday was yesterday... but Saturday was interesting...

while doing dishes and hubby on the phone with his sister..We hear a shreaking voice from the toy room.. Call 911 i have an emorgency, quicaly (how he said it)... well as you moms know i don't think my feet ever touched the carpet and when i got to the crying little guy i was doing the frantic once over yelling buddy whats wrong.. there's conner holding a tooth and blood come'n out his mouth.. never had blood after a tooth loss before so he was freaking out! lord! i think i turned 4 years older than just one and have 7 more gray hairs.. he's fine lol..

We dont have our court date yet.  but we should in the next week of so.

My Granddaughter turns 4 on the 12th. And I will find out if I get into the nursing program at TC sometime next week :)

We are doing well.  This week we have both our case worker visiting and our foster kids' case worker so we have a bit of a busier week. 

This month I'm hoping we might hear something about a potential job opportunity for DH.  It's working with computers which is what he wants to do, it would be a 9-5 job rather than 11 pm-7am job like he has now, and he could make a lot more money (possibly double what he's making now).  Those who pray, please pray he will get this job!

We had our final visit with the (FC) Family Adoption Specialist last Thursday.. so now we are just waiting for our final approval (hopefully by the end of the month)!! She asked if we had gone online and were looking at kids. I asked her "how exactly do you shop for kids??" She started laughing and said some of her parents will put in inquiries about different kids everyday. I told her we had to get a better feel than just a pretty picture on the internet. They are doing a meet & greet for all the available children in April. I'm excited!
