Just Hun and hunny here. I also shorten his name but I am the absolute only person allowed to call him that! Lol!

he calls me babe sometimes..not sure if that is a pet name? i call him sexy...

I call mine darlin and he calls me babe. I don't really consider them pet names. I'm more referring to like hunnyboo or something long that nature lol.

I call him bear and he calls me deer, I guess we came up with them because he is like a big ol teddy bear and instead of calling me dear he went for the animal version "deer"
