Me and my partner have been together for about 5 years. At first we had 'normal' sexual encounters. Soon enough we got into the kinky stuff and started some BDSM stuff.

My partner was off work yesterday and the day before that. Our kiddo was also gone :) The first day was great, hard pounding and the new normal for us. We just couldn't keep our hands off each other. Yesterday it got more wild. While we were fucking he was slapping my ass very hard, because of that and the reaction it was getting him we ended up going even rougher which included hair pulling and choking. God it was amazing!!

At one point he was using his hand and was dping me with it and choking. I have never has such an amazing  orgasm as I did right then. Nothing hurt and it was just bliss.

Leading to today lol. Every muscle in our bodies hurt! It was a real work out! My problem is I have a slight bruise on my neck where his thumb was. It's not a hickey but an actual bruise.  Have any of you ladies that have been choked gotten bruises or marks afterwards? How long should I expect it to last and any tip on covering it up? Nothing would be worse then having to come up with an excuse as to why there is a bruise on my neck lol

Thanks for the advice!

LOL When I have a bruise from my DH choking me, I just tell them my DH choked me during sex only bc my family think my DH beats me LOL because of my random rough sex bruises so I tell them the truth.....

at least the bruise isn't the shape of a belt with the wholes and all :) that is good conversation piece LOL

I don't think they lasted more than a week....

Well maybe the story would still work, I'm sure a seat belt could cause a bruise lol

Or, depending on who asks, you could just straight up tell them, It's from the kinky sex me and SO had the other night! It was great! And then just smile. lol At least then noone will think that's a lie and that he's like abusing you or anything.

Quoting Anonymous:

Haha that is clever! Mine cannot even pass for a hickey I iwsh it could lol

Quoting whitneylynn13:

I had left a bruise on SO's neck last week from the same reason as you but since it was on his neck naturally everyone thought it was a hickey. He told everyone who asked at work that he was driving and someone cut him off and he had to slam on his breaks and the seat belt had made the bruise when he was thrown forward. I have never heard that excuse before and thought it was hilarous! Of coarse noone believed him but they just thought he was just trying to cover up a hickey and left it alone.

Go to your local Whole Foods or other health food store and get some Arnica.

No tips on covering it up but if some one asks you say two words "rough sex". You will probably get one of two responses either people will be mortified and drop the whole subject or they will smile and nod in understanding.

Arnica cream also  helps with speeding up the healing process

I thought I knew all the tricks but not until recently did I know about the spoon , from my daughter lol

Freeze a metal spoon and then place it on the bruise. Works with hickeys. Makes the bruise disappear faster
