I doubt you are with him every second of every day so that fact doesn't mean much, but if he is open with his phone, computer, facebook or whatever then I would understand trusting him so just ask.
One time I got some really strange texts from some high school girls telling me to leave their little sister alone. I called them to set them straight and they were so stupid saying that I was the guys sister trying to trick them. Geez told them to check their facts but they were quite illiterate and kept bugging me so I blocked them. Sometimes people just get numbers wrong but unfortunately its more common the guy is up to no good.

obviously he lets me have his phone cause he handed it to me.. and he has a facebook which i log onto everyday to add people for him cause he works 12 hour shifts (6am to 6pm).

Well it sounds like she is trying to get him into trouble or she was lying and was playing around with her phone and your boyfriends number came up.. If he handed you his phone then he's not hiding anything and this might of been the first time.. So he's not doing anything wrong.. You telling her to stop and block the number if you can.. She shouldn't be sendig nude pictures out, she doesn't know who she's sending it too..
