I have a removable shower head and have heard wonderful stories about them but I've tried and...nothing. I can't figure it out. It does Absolutly nothing for me.

Yes, with a removable shower head and laying in the tub with my feet against the wall. I like removable shower heads MUCH more, but it can be too intense at times. When I lay in the tub the drain hurts my back and makes it less enjoyable.
