For penetration, it would be a bit trickier. The handle of pretty much anything. For other play, though, scarves, belts, brush, wooden spoon, dowel, ice cubes, spoon, fork, robe tie, fur lined gloves, rope, spatula...ummmm...I bet I could think of more.
