I just had a baby a week ago...I have 3 stitches down there I was wondering when they fall out and when can I have sex?

Wait until your doctor or midwife give you the all-clear. Usually it's 4-6 weeks minimum.

After your doctor says your good, you might still want time though :)

Usually your stitches will dissolve between 3-4 weeks pp. Mine took four weeks this time to dissolve. Dh comes back next week add we can finally have pp sex almost eight weeks later. Gotta love the military. lol But have sex when you feel comfortable. And be careful I the beginning because you will be extremely fertile. Good luck
