Okay Ladies.. I need some advice..

here lately, I haven't felt connected to my DH in bed...I just haven't been in the mood to do anything... and I feel awful about it. I just can't get into it. Idk whats wrong with me.. even kissing him during foreplay isn't the same.Doesn't give me the same feeling it used too and its really starting to take a toll on me.. I dont wanna feel like I'm losing my Intimate relationship with him. We've been through some rough shit and I thought we'd be able to get back to the way things were.. but apparently not... I love him to death .. I'm craving an intimate connection :( idk why I can't with him. I want too more than anything..

any of you ladies ever experiance this?

More than 70% of cases of low libido in women of childbearing age can be traced to vitamin and mineral deficiencies.

we don't do it A LOT. We have sex less frequently then when we just fool around. I'm content with how freqently we have sex. I just can't connect or get in the mood like I used too. I'd usually be the one initiating sex but lately its been him because I just haven't wanted too or been in the mood. And it sucks!

are you taking any medications?  you would be surprised with how many daily medications affect your libido.  (anything from depression/bipolar, hormonal conditions, communication with your partner, alcohol, sleeping patterns, kids, etc can affect your libido)  talk with your doctor and i wish you much luch!!!

I'm guessing you're pissed at him about something.
