 pounds lost 1

mini goals stay under 200lbs, make good eating choices, wait until Monday to weigh in again, exercise 5 days this week.

I really thought I was going to be 151 this morning! I have been 152.2 for 3 days. :-/

Mini goals: Keep eating clean, exercise 6 days this week, get more sleep and lose 2lbs!

I just weighed myself out of curiosity and I weighed 151.6! I stepped on and off about 7 times because I couldn't believe it. It read 151.6 every time. I don't know why I weighed more this morning but I am choosing to believe that the 151 was right. Lol. :-)

I have lost 1 pound so now down to 154.7, goal was 155 by sept 15 so I am okay with that! I am at my lowest since starting my weight loss journey.
