Pounds lost: 9

Mini goals: Keep eating clean, exercise 5 days this week, lose 2 pounds.

Last week was fantastic for me! I lost 3lbs in 4 days. :)

I know how frustrating it is to hit a plateau. I have hit soooo many. I hope you make it into the 130s this week! Good luck!
