My meals are typical meals my whole family will eat. I add as many vegies as I can such as peppers, mushrooms and onions to almost every meal, or at least once a day. Snacks I like fruit, cheese, chocolate milk once a day (when we have it, I need to hide it from my kids). piece of whole wheat toast. I am having grapes and water now (about 8:30am) and will have either toast or oatmeal with blueberries in an hour or two then lunch between 12-1, I have no idea what it will be though!
