I don't remember what my starting weight was for this group, but when I started my weight loss journey on May 2nd, my weight was 170.7

Goal this week is 154... I had a bad weekend, ate out twice on Sunday (McDonalds for lunch a pizza buffet for supper) so I am likely up a pound this morning. 154 is doable with exercise which I plan on picking this up!

Mini goals: 147!!
I have been stuck at 149 for almost 2 weeks now. I only have 1 pound to go until I reach 110 pounds lost. I want to get to 148 in the next couple of days and 147 by next Monday. I hope my body cooperates!
