I don't do a particular diet but I do count calories. I have been doing it so long that I a keep a daily running total in my head. As soon as I stop, I find my weight starts to creep up. When I don't count calories, I am very good at convincing myself that the chocolate chip cookie, glass of wine, or extra salad dressing don't really count:)

Type 1 diabetic, so pretty much just normal healthy food. Increasing exercise and decreasing calories while getting enough of all the food groups is really the best way for most people. If you can't do it forever, the weight isn't going to stay off forever.

The worst one. The homeless diet.

Better yet the Homeless Lap-band diet. Better yet the FAILED homeless lapband diet.


I had a lap band put in back when times were better (2 years ago) and have lost A POUND. I dont have any dr to follow up with (they all flat out refuse to see me, which is some bullshit) and I'm homeless.. so I get to eat processed GARBAGE that doesnt require refrigeration or cooking.

While I do not deny that many people have had wonderful results in their weight and overall health in a short period of time, we must understand that it is simply a trade-off with a little Russian roulette. I had migranes,bad stomach aches,and occasional gas when using them,then a week after i stopped,they were gone. I threw them out after finding out what they have in them
