well when people of low income, who are on medicaid, use it regularly, yes its my business. taxes chaching. the demographic i am specifying is statistically the highest rate of unplanned pregnancies. yes i know anyone can get knocked up at any level of income, but they are the highest.

If nobody ever judged anyone we'd all be running around like animals doing God knows what and there'd be mass hysteria with no laws or rules of society.
