This show pisses me off. Badly. My sister is watching it and loves it. I want to punch some of these people and their doctors.

I love that show. I stopped watching because I got tired of watching reruns.

lol..you sound like my husband...he hates it when people complain about how hard having a new baby is....he doesn't understand why they are suprised that taking care of another human being that is completely dependant on you 24hrs a day is hard..

I don't like it either. I think it puts fear into a lot of women.

The show pissed me off too. I had to stop watching...LOL

The amount of c-sections, the amount of people getting induced, amount of doctors breaking waters, the amount of Pitocin handed out like it's nothing....

Yeah, I had to stop watching...LOL

I watched that when I was pregnant. I was so scared because of the way everyone was screaming during birth. I was laughing and cracking jokes the whole time I was pushing. Lol

Every single episode is "they HAVE to induce me because I've been contracting for 2 hours and didn't progress." Or "they HAVE to break my water." Or "i HAVE to have a c section because my water broke 30 seconds ago and I didn't progress"

Ok the last is a very slight exaggeration, but you get the idea. The one that my sister is watching now is a lady who had her water break at 26 weeks. They wanted her to get to at least 34 weeks. She did. Then they INDUCED her at exactly 34 weeks to prevent "infection". Hello! She hasn't had an infection the past EIGHT WEEKS. Let baby bake longer. Please!
