   Between work, school, and my kids. I feel like I have no time to take care of myself. I'm getting fat and I'm mad, sad, and frustrated about it. I generally eat very healthy, but lately I have been putting on weight anyway, so I think what's the point of even trying anymore? The end.

 i gained 10 pounds in a month.

i started a easy workout though that i love!! :)

Give yourself a break. I'm sure you're beautiful big or small. Love yourself just the way you are. Besides the goal shouldn't be skinny the goal should be healthy. Hugs mama!!

try slim in six..it takes around 20 minutes a day!

 100 workout:

100 jumping jacks
90 crunches
80 squats
70 leg lifts
60 jumping jacks
50 crunches
40 squats
30 leg lifts
20 jumping jacks
10 minutes of running

Yeah dude I'm wayy fat my doctor thought I had a thyroid problem but nope I'm fat I continuously gain and gain and idk why my diet is the same I must be getting old..

Stress can contribute to weight gain.  Perhaps, even though you are being pretty healthy, the stress is causing your body to store more fat?  (Our bodies tend to retain fat when we are stressed, since our early stressors usually had to do with survival.)

Can you take your kids to a gym?  How old are they?  Can your man watch them while you go for a walk?
