Between work, school, and my kids. I feel like I have no time to take care of myself. I'm getting fat and I'm mad, sad, and frustrated about it. I generally eat very healthy, but lately I have been putting on weight anyway, so I think what's the point of even trying anymore? The end.

80 squats
70 leg lifts
60 jumping jacks

40 squats
30 leg lifts

Stress can contribute to weight gain. Perhaps, even though you are being pretty healthy, the stress is causing your body to store more fat? (Our bodies tend to retain fat when we are stressed, since our early stressors usually had to do with survival.)
Can you take your kids to a gym? How old are they? Can your man watch them while you go for a walk?
