my husband hates cashing his unemployment checks

I swear to God. He acts like its a damn welfare check. Its funny. I mean wtf he paid money out of his check each week. You can only get it if you have worked so many months/hours in a year...I don't get it :/ its a 1/3 of what he was making but hell, how else are we supposed to pay bills this winter...we need it...ughh I can't wait til spring!!

If y'all have a bank account, just tell him to sign it and you deposit in there for him.

I dont get why he would be embarrassed, the economy is bad, lots people are on unemployement.  

Side note: Unemployement insurance doesnt come out of a persons paycheck, the company they work for payes for the unemployement insurance for every employee they hire.

He paid $4 a paycheck. His boss paid 16

His ego may be a little bruised because he doesn't have a job. I think guys take pride in providing for their families. Just let him know that you appreciate him and that you still love and value him. Hope he finds a job soon! Good luck!!!
