lactose help

My dumb ass just had ice cream about 2 hours ago. I'm lactose. So now I'm hella nausous, with hardcore cramping on my sides, back and hip bone area. Is there anything I can take to help this?!! I haven't had this happen in years and I want to ddiiieeee!!!!! Can't find anything on google. Any idwas??

I gather you mean lactose intolerant? Take some anti nausea medicine like Emetrol (or something similar) and something for the pain.

Yeah that's what I meant. Sorry. What do I take for cramps like this though? This shit hurts!! and its in my back, hips and sides. It's not like menstrual cramps

It's tough to really say. I am lactose intolerant, but do not suffer to that degree where the pain resonates over my entire body like that. I usually just take some Emetrol and make sure I am drinking plenty of water. Try a warm bath. Aside from dosing yourself with some strong pain meds, that's really all the advice I'm good for. I hope you feel better soon!
