Sometimes when I get upset/annoyed about something, especially when it is caused by the SO, I get full of manic energy. When it happens, I tend to get all kinds of stuff done like cleaning the house and laundry and it's like a huge rush. And I don't talk much, I just let my emotion fuel me into keeping busy. Of course this happened last night and I still am feeling the effects today, not so much with the energy but I am still upset and it sucks bc it is Friday!!!
Does this happen to anyone else?
