My husband really pissed me off...

And I punched the wall and went into my room and started going to town on the wall with my elbows. It hurt bad and I stared to get light headed. I sat down and the next thing I remember is laying in the bed, dh at the door yelling at me. I was unconscious and he honestly had no clue. My head has been pounding ever since. I'm hoping I am just suffering pms because my moods have been up and down for the last week and I'm hoping the depression hasn't come back. :(

He knows. I had severe depression and anxiety and have been medication free for a year. I'm hoping pms is just what's going on because it is about time for my period... But this last week I have been having almost nonstop anxiety attacks and I feel like I'm in a fog...

Depression and aneity can get severe around that time of the month.  Why are you off your meds?

Do you snap over seemingly trivial things? I get so irritated and have snapped at my children. The last thing I want to do is hurt them and I'm seriously afraid of myself right now. My head isn't where it normally is.
