It's more like trashy. I can't stand women who smoke while pregnant. It's so selfish!!

i quit the minute i found out, where i work a guy brought in his pregnant wife to act one night. i was out side and she was smoking my guy was there and told her its not good, and that i had quit. she said oh i cut down to two packs a day now and all it will do is lower the birth weight, and my family has big babies... when he told me this i was so upset, but never said anything to he... i also wouldnt do her make up cuz she smelled like a wet ashtray!

i wish women realized how hurtful it truely is. MY daughter (who is not by birth) her mother smoked a pack a day while pregnant. now i'm the one whos heart breaks everytime i have to give my daughter a nebulizer treatment. my angel doesn't deserve to suffer from someone's selfish indulgents.

asthma is inherited. not always caused by smoking I smoked with both of mine and niether have asthma. and the reason why I didn't quit is because I tried it isn't that easy.  I have tried 7 times to quit with no luck. I can't get past the 30 day mark. so lets keep our judgemental opinions to our self and quit stirring the pot. are you perfect? did you eat unnutrional foods when you were pregnant? drink coffee, or beer or liqour? did you take cold meds that were over the counter? did you drive when you were pregnant?  you did absolutely nothing wrong when you were pregnant?

The person in general just looks trashy and smoking in general looks trashy. (I smoke too so don't get up-in-arms). 

Now, I do smoke and am 40w in three days. I smoked almost two packs a day before getting pregnant and was advised to cut back bit by bit and not quit, as the stress on my system would most likely cause a MC. Via ultrasound, her lungs are working perfectly and she is actually a little over average in weight. NOT every smoking mother causes harm to their fetus. Call me selfish or stupid or what-have-you. I really don't give two shits about what anyone has to say to me. My little girl is healthy and that's all that matters.
