A probation violation ... He got into trouble when he was 17 and was placed on probation for 10 years ..... he has about 45 days left on probation and missed a meeting with his probation officer and was arrested b/c that is a tech. violation.

Probation violation, we own 3 companies so we have steady income, we have 3 children 6,4, and 1.

We own 3 companies and we are finanically stable .... our income won't change b/c he is in jail.
