I am severely depressed. I have 3 great kids and a great husband, but all I can think about is what a horrible person I am and what a bad mother I am. I cried all day today. I don't know if being around me crying all day is worse or if killing myself would be worse on my kids. They are such good kids, I want the best for them, I'm afraid I'm screwing them up. Btw, I've tried medication, it doesn't help me.) :I'm so tired ....

sometimes you are going to cry all day and feel really hopeless but if your kids loose you like that it will ruin them.Quit thinking so much and take it an hour at a time and treat yourself like you have the flu.Things are not as bad as your imagination lets you believe. You can feel better, human emotion changes often you just have to get the power to overcome the sadness you feel and you truly can. rest up take a allergy pill(it helps stop the sobing) and please feel better. your kids love you, tears and all.

Have you been check for a chemical imbalance? Speak with your doctor about your feelings of despair, ask him to run some tests. This might help to find out if you are depressed or have another medical issue.
Good luck, every Mother at some time in their lives think they are horrible. I have very bad PMS and hated myself for acting out.

If you're tired go to sleep. You're probably not as bad as you say. You should never say bad things about yourself. Talk with someone besides a wall forum. These people here don't know you. The advice they give is "user friendly". Please take care of your issues before your family has to deal with your absence. My SO's ex offed herself. The kids don't bounce back from something like that very well.
