My kids LOVED it. Like I say this almost never happens. We rarely have candy or sugar stuff in the house. They LOVED it.

I think that sounds like a fun treat for a special occasion, they'll most likely have some good memories about mom letting them have sugary, chocolatey fun stuff on special days!

In our house you get to have a piece of birthday cake for breakfast the day after your b-day. My hubby's family does that and I thought it was kinda fun and special. But my 10 yr old won't do it on a school morning anymore, he said (when he was 8) that he knows he should eat a healthy breakfast for school days.... WHAT??? I should be proud, but what a lil nerd-burger! LOL I let him have his piece of cake the Saturday after his b-day now.
