I woke up this morning with horrid pain in my kidney and went to statcare, they found blood in my urine but no white blood cells. He wrote me a script for antibiotics and pain killers. One of my migraine scripts says may cause kidney stones, he said if the antibiotics are not working I probably have a stone, I'm freaking out!! I heard the pain is awful!! Anyone here had a kidney stone before? And if its just an infection why did he find only blood and no white blood cells?

Infections can cause blood in the urine. Kidney stones suck but it depends on the size of the stone..etc.

I'm sure you'll be fine.

Wouldn't there be white blood cells though if it was an infection or maybe not since it just started today? Maybe my body hasn't gotten the jump on it yet?

1 mom liked this
I've had 2 births and 3 miscarriages. I would gladly go thru those again rather then pass a stone.

I litterly rolled on the floor asking to die. They have me morphine and it hardly touched the pain.

What kind of difference would that make? Would it make there be blood but no white blood cells? I kind of wonder if stat care even looked for them after they found blood because its stat care they probably just saw blood and wrote a script for antibiotics
