I went to the gas station in town today & the gas station worker guy (he was mopping the floor) noticed that I had dyed my hair a different color & made a cute comment. I go to this gas station almost daily, but I was still flattered that he noticed. Well, as I went to walk out the door, he whispered "do your drapes match your carpet?" I thought he was talking about my house, so I said no, my carpets are maroon & my drapes are black. So, he giggled & I left. Well, I told my neighbor about this weird conversation & she couldn't stop laughing. I just thought it's weird how he would change the subject & talk about my house. Then my husband got home & I told him about the gas station guy & how my friend kept laughing & my husband just rolled his eyes & said, that @ssholes lucky I married a ditz. So, i'm wondering now if the guy said something with a hidden meaning, or is everyone just trying to mess with me & make me feel dumb again? Please don't bash!

Bless your heart......before I got married and became more well educated, as shall we say, I was VERY naive when I got married, I'd have been lost too.  Sorry I have to giggle too, that is cute that you didnt' know.  LOL LOL.  I was clueless for a long time even after I was married. Let's just say I had to ask some trusted older friends quetions..LOL. But it made life more fun.
