I am 5'1. weigh 123,looking to lose 20 lbs(goal 103) and size 2. bodyfat % goal is 12%. plan to workout 4 days per week for 90 min with trainer(mix of strenght and cardio) and walking 5-7 miles daily(active job,kids,etc) and more importantly, its time to put down my junk food
