I cannot stand it but his mother still allows him to so I don't say anything to him bit it really makes me wanna puke whenever he does it.
Not common, but "makes me want to puke" just makes you sound like a judgemental bitch.
Honestly you don't seem to know the story and I'd rather him comfort himself with a blanket and thumb then with drugs and alcohol.
My best friend in Elementary school had a pacifier, as far as I know, up until she went to middle school. I think her and her 2 brothers were allowed to have them until they were older as well. I thought it was always a little weird but to them it was normal. That family has a lot of issues to say the least. Not to mention they all had the same puckered mouth bcause of the long term pacifier use. If i was their parents I would be worried about the dental bill but to each their own.
