And you heard one barking then found it locked up in your neighbors shed with concrete blocks blocking it in what would you assume? I will give the answer to what really happened in a minute.

See I didnt think i was jumping to conclustions by thinking they stole the dogs. I called the police last night and my husband told me to call them back and not to come was cussing me out. What happened was their pit bull went on a killing spree and killed a poodle and apparently my rat terrier too because Ive had her for 7 yrs and she never leaves the yard and happens to disappear the same day that dog kills the poodles or poodle there was 2 don't know if it killed both. Any way the animal control came and couldn't catch it so they set up traps. They must have told him my dog(beagle lab mix) needed put up so he did but he had it up 3 days with no food because he was starved and has eaten non stop since i went over there and set him free. I seen me neighbor yesterday was less then 20 ft from him and he didn't bother to mention anything to me. I learned what i have from My husbands cousin and the animal shelter confirmed the had traps set. He knows my dogs by the way.

I don't know! I'd be pretty angry at least at first but maybe I wasn't home and they found him n didn't know what to do??? That's really a strange way to deal with it though..

I would think they have it in for my dog. I would be pretty pissed to.

I would assume they had my dog and needed to give it back. I would call the cops

that the neighbor stole it.  My neighbors would try to do that if my dogs didn't hate them so much.

Did it have tags? I would think the neighbors kids thought they caught a stray.

I would think that the neighbors were preparing for the zombie invasion and wanted to have plenty of meat stockpiled .... lol so just kidding.  I'd be PISSED!!!  I'm not sure what I'd think they were doing though ... if they didn't like the dogs they could just kill them ..... I guess they could be trying to starve them to death, but that seems REALLY cruel.
