My kids, dh, and I will be out on the street. And i have been crying non stop since we received our papers in the mail on the 9th.

Go get on aid.. in california they will pay for a deposit on a place one time. Look into it.

Were you shocked by the papers or didn't you know they were coming? If you don't pay, they kick you out. Have you started looking for a place?

Have you already been to court?  You usually have 30 day notice for eviction.  You need to look into the laws.

So you can obviously afford a smartphone and internet - can you share with us why you can pay for that and not save that money for rent? A smartphone is not essential for living; having a home for your children is.

Does your dh or you work? Can you not go to a shelter or apply for some type of housing aide?
