1 mom liked this
No questions because I already love them! I've been going in for colonics for 6 years now. I also did the multiple sessions in one week the first time I went. I now go once every six months for maintenance! They are wonderful.

Unfortunately I didn't lose weight :( I got to see everything coming out. For two sessions it was 130 and no I didn't see corn but I saw a lot of lettuce and tomato skins. Eww lol

It's not as gross as you think. The only thing gross about it is knowing all that stuff was stuck in my colon. And the first day it did. I was cramping the whole 45 minutes Bc I was really constipated. The clon is a huge muscle and it naturally contracts (called peristalsis) so it literally felt like labor contractions. :( second day it was actually relaxing...weird I know haha I had no cramps second day

I've been wanting to do one for awhile.  What are the health benefits of doing it? What exactly goes down behind closed doors? lol.

You do everything yourself. The therapist shows you what to do and what water knobs to turn. There's relaxing music. You are in control of everything. The health benefits are a huge list! From relieving constipation to reversing diseases and helps with depression and anxiety. I highly recommend it!

You lay down on a table and prop your legs up and theres a hole. The lady said its basically a lay down toilet lol. Oh! She also recommends women to do it while they are on their period Bc it helps with bloating and stuff :)

its not as bad as you think! :)

Also! The tube thing that goes up doesn't hurt at all and it's not even that long. And water goes up (like 9-12 gallons) and your colon contracts to push things out and the hole expands nd lets everything out (meaning the tube is still in while everything comes out around it)
