i am being put out of my house next week

And my father is letting my family stay with him until the third week of March when I receive my first work check and income taxes and move out. But he doesnt want my two dogs to stay with him. Im not sure where to put them or what to do with them. I dont want to give them up back to the shelter. Their good dogs and we are good providers of them other than my job loss last month. Im crying because my dad is not budging at all about the dogs even though we will only be there three weeks.

 Obviously you are struggling financially.  I dont think you should have pets.  I find that people in dire financial situations do not get the proper food and vet care that pets need.  I think you should give them up.

Is there a friend or a nieghbor who would be willing to keep them for a couple weeks? You can also look into rescue groups. They may have someone willing to forster your dogs for a few weeks.

Can you put them in the shelter temporarily? Or put them in a kennel place?

Call the local shelter/vet offices. They might be able to provide foster home/s until you move in 3 weeks. Offer to buy food, make a donation, volunteer, etc when you get back on your feet. Hugs.
