When did being a mother become so overwhelming? I feel like I'm going nuts! I'm overwhelmed, strung out, scared to death, Idk. My son is beautiful and sweet and the best baby you could ask for but I feel like I'm not cut out to do it? I don't deserve to be his mother he deserves better than me. Fuck. I feel like shit :'(

We all have those moments, but the great thing is that those feelings don't last. Give it time.

Just take a breath and relax. If you didnt feel this way at times something would be wrong. Iim sure you are doing a great job momma. Give yourself some credit. Motherhood is the hardest job you'll ever love. Hugs!!

Calm down. Take a deep breath.
It can get overwhelming. Are you a new mom?
You need to find someone to watch your son once a week so you can have some by YOU time.
You also need to take some YOU time everyday. I used to take a bubble bath and read at midnight when I was a single mom with 2 toddlers.....
It gets easier....
If you get too overwhelmed, you may want to look into counseling
