do u miss cheese... i could give up meat and everything but not cheese... i love it!

Do you make FLTs? Do you have a secret for getting the tofu crispy? The consistency seems weird.

I have been vegan for 2 years, and I do still miss cheese.  Mostly I miss cheese on pizza, but I have found some great vegan pizza that has filled the void. 

There is some evidence that cheese is actually physically addictive, which may be one of the reasons it's so hard to give up.

I can only get tofu REALLY crispy if I fry it in peanut oil in a wok. For a long time.

Vegans try not to eat any animal products. Vegetarians try not to eat animal flesh. 

So, I don't eat cheese or eggs, for example, while a vegetarian will.
